You have to OPEN this and never look back!

Boy, am I tired!

What happened to having a break and feeling refreshed when you return?

For the first time EVER, I took almost two weeks off work and barely opened my laptop.

5 days in Ireland, 7 in the UK, Christmas, New Year's, a once-in-a-lifetime wedding, a trip to Longleat, flight delays, and lost luggage...

Oh, and I'm certain I've now got a cold.

But I wouldn't change any of it.

I might feel tired physically, but mentally I'm ready to fight a lion! (or at the very least a large house cat, maybe a Shetland pony 😂)

But jokes aside for a moment, I've got a few things I want to say to kick off 2026.

1/ If you've come back after the festive period and you're feeling a little softer around the waist and you're a few pounds heavier, congratulations, you've done Christmas right 👏

I didn't say no to anything, including an entire tub of pistachio Häagen-Dazs ice cream when I was hungover on the 1st. A lot of the weight you'll have gained will be water, and after 7-10 days of normality, that'll correct itself.

I'll be hitting the gym 5x this week, walking 13-15k steps per day, eating like I usually do, and sleeping 7+ hours each night. In a week, I'll look and feel like I did pre-festive break.

2/ DON'T WAIT!

Hands up if you've got plans to conquer the world this year, look super sexy, take your health to new heights, move without any pain, and create unforgettable experiences with loved ones....

Everyone in the room just stood up! Having big goals is all well and good, but nothing changes without action.

If you want to drop 40 pounds and fit into a size 12, then make this the god damn year it happens.

Fed up with waking up with a killer lower back? Then why don't you stop wishing for it to happen and finally do something about it!

Want to launch that new business, ask out your colleague (if it's allowed 😂), or start that new dance class you've been putting off? Make this the year you finally put an end to fear stopping you from living the life you want.

Get your house in order.

Get your sh*t together.

And in 360 days, when you're reigning in 2027, you'll be able to sit back and say, "thank you for backing yourself."

3/ Get clear on what you did well last year, as well as what you need to stop, and start, this year. Watch this video here for exactly how to do it.

4/ Don't forget to live.

Besides missing my dog for two weeks, this was one of the best trips I've done. We spent loads of quality time with the people we love and care about the most, but it's also reminded me of the finite time we have on this earth.

We went to the wedding of a lifetime on New Year's Eve, but then on the same night, you see the terrible news in Switzerland, and you're quickly reminded about how fragile (and cruel) life can be.

So eat your chicken and broccoli, lift your weights, and track your sleep, but also make time to create experiences and memories with those you care about the most.

And what's the #1 way you can do that?

By making health your number one priority.

When it's your main focus, everything else in life improves.

Your business will grow.

Your relationships will get stronger.

Your kids will feel more love.

Your confidence will improve.

Your stress will lessen.

I know you want to help your loved ones.

I know you want to see your grandkids grow older.

I know you want to do what's right for those closest to you.

That starts and ends with a commitment to your health.

There's no getting around it; it really is as black and white as that.

So, my message to you this year is clear...

Go all in on your health and never look back.

And the easiest way you can do that is by joining my 1-1 coaching programme.

This isn't for those who want their hand held or their excuses pandered to.

But if you're keen to make this the year EVERYTHING changes for you, and you're ready to leave all the BS at the door, then reply to this email, and we'll talk.

Here's to the healthiest, happiest, and strongest year yet 🙌🏻
